Our maintenance contracts are a prime example of how we combat the constantly changing and ever-shortening IT lifecycle.

    SOLUTION - Vision CTS attempts to leverage non-proprietary technologies which lock us, and our customers, into a single ecosystem or manufacturer. Proprietary technology limits current and future options and integrations. Recently, a well-known Linux distribution was announced end-of-life after 20 years in the marketplace. The migration would have been a major undertaking for our customers, However, our active maintenance agreement covered everything. This allowed business operations to continue uninterrupted technically and financially.

  • Unique Business Cases

    SOLUTION - Not all businesses are the same when it comes to in-house IT ability and critical level of voice services. For customers who can self-serve and need immediate replacements, CTS provides on-site spare units at no additional cost. This allows for immediate replacement and ultimate onboarding flexibility. No need for RMA process, logistic struggles, or fabricated delays. Simply go to the shelf and address the problem.

  • Enshittification

    SOLUTION - Science has atrophy. IT has platform decay - a pattern in which online products and services decline in quality. Also known as Enshittification. What is good today, may not necessarily be good tomorrow. Whether it is due to seeking increased profits, mergers and acquisitions or just a plain culture of complacency. CTS always seeks to do what is best for our clients. An easy example found in our maintenance contract is onsite service. Many of our competitors no longer offer this service and/or subcontract it out.

Maintenance agreements that perform to client's needs. We are never faced with the age-old question of, "What do we pay you for?" Seems many times, consumers assume 'this is the way it is' and are unaware of alternatives. We are different from many of our competition in this aspect.
